The dark green area on the map delineates all Monticello HOA common area.  All of this property is open and available for access by homeowners. The numbered blue areas show the HOA ponds and Bear Creek that runs through the common area. The red numbers show the tennis courts, basketball court, and children's play area. The yellow lines delineates all sidewalks and jogging paths.  Benches, picnic tables and trash receptacles have been placed by the HOA in the common area for use by everyone.
